ABOUT BOI
Providing leadership and short term volunteers to local communities since 1988.
We are a non-profit society, proudly inclusive of all members regardless of their ethnicity, religion, orientation, or socioeconomic background.
The base volunteer service club is a sub-chapter of BOI that operates on Canada Forces Base Esquimalt, providing short-term volunteers on behalf of the Commander of Maritime Command Pacific (COMD MARPAC).

MISSION
Baron’s Organization International’s MISSION is to enthusiastically support as many local non-profit programs as possible by assisting with infrastructure, and providing short-term volunteers whenever and wherever possible. In this capacity, BOI enhances the abilities of supported Agencies/Organizations to deliver their services more effectively, and also promotes volunteerism within the local community. The end result is better support for local Organizations and a better community for everyone!
